The Annimet Continuous Dip Coating Machine adopts a two-roll pond size-press coating method, designed for laboratory sampling of impregnation and double-sided sizing on flat paper, carbon paper, and textile nonwovens. Using a nip-pond feeding method, it enables both quantitative and continuous circulating sizing with precise glue control and easy operation. The machine comprises unwinding, glue pond and control, drying, rewinding, tension adjustment, web guiding, and PLC control systems, forming a complete continuous sampling process. The coating width is 500 mm, glue pond capacity is 300 ml, and the glue feed rate is adjustable from 160 to 750 ml/min. The pressure roller is electrically heated from room temperature to 150°C with a heating power of 2.5KW×2. The drying system is a column arch-bridge type with a 1.5 m oven featuring 2 independent temperature zones from room temperature to 150°C±5°C. Both unwinding and rewinding use dual-position quick-change gear chucks with 3-inch air shafts, automatic magnetic powder clutch, and torque control. With a compact size and precise glue control, it is an ideal coating device for sampling and process parameter research in enterprises, research institutes, and universities.
